Spaghetti Pizza
A fun twist on pizza using cooked spaghetti as the crust. Great for using leftovers!
Prep time: 15 min | Cook time: 25 min | Total time: 40 min | Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) cooked spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a round baking dish or springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Press spaghetti mixture evenly into prepared pan to form a "crust".
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly set.
- Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce over spaghetti crust.
- Top with mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, and any other toppings you like.
- Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Note: Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, peppers, or extra cheese. Great way to use up leftover pasta.
